We are hosting a Claims Learning Event on Friday, 19 June from 9.15am to 1pm and all staff are welcome to attend.
Delivered by our panel solicitors Hill Dickinson, the session will help build understanding of the claims process and the important role colleagues play within it. The session will include:
- A practical overview of how claims are managed
- A deeper dive into claims relating to violence and aggression
- A presentation from NHS Resolution (NHSR) on scorecard analysis and how learning from claims supports improvement
- An opportunity to ask questions directly to our insurers and legal panel.
The event will take place on Microsoft Teams and can be booked via the learning prospectus.
