The staff on Whalley’s Maplewood 1 will be hosting a raffle on 2 December to support British Skin Foundation and Elliott Can Beat Skin Cancer, the local Blackburn cause.
Clinical lead on the ward Gill Clegg says: “We’re requesting donations of raffle prizes. These can be anything from bottles, chocs, socks or unwanted gifts please. If anyone can donate please contact Cristina Campbell or me and we are happy to collect (from Whalley!). And remember to check your lumps, bumps and moles.”
Tickets are £1 and will be on sale soon.
