As part of this year's Learning Disability Week, the Halton Learning Disability Team are running an art competition, and invite you to create a piece of artwork based on the theme "Do You See Me?"
Paint, draw, or make a collage that represents you (or your patient/service user) and what you would like people to know about you. Artwork can be any size up to A3.
To submit your entry, simply label it on the back with your name, address and contact details, and submit to:
