We are currently running a Quality Improvement project to improve equity and access to pulmonary rehabilitation for people experiencing homelessness. They are taking place once a month at Hope House in St Helens.

The sessions are deliberately informal and relationship-focused, aiming to:

  • Raise awareness of Pulmonary Rehabilitation
  • Build trust and engagement in a familiar, supportive environment
  • Better understand the needs and challenges faced by people experiencing homelessness
  • Identify barriers to accessing PR services
  • Gather feedback to help inform future service improvements

If this is applicable to a patient in your care, please invite them to attend. We welcome all individuals as part of our commitment to reducing health inequalities and ensuring equitable access to Pulmonary Rehabilitation services.
