As Carl Howard and Ceri Arnold move on from their leadership roles in the medium secure site, here’s their message to staff: “Ceri and I would like to forward a huge thank you for your support and commitment during our time here at Rowan View. Neither of us had previously worked at Scott Clinic or Whalley and we have both been made to feel welcome. We appreciate the unit has been through some challenging periods, so please continue to be kind to each, support each other and make it not only a great place to work, but also a great place for our service users to be cared for. It’s been a pleasure getting to know you all.”
