Target Audience: Aimed at managers and leaders who are in operational or first line management roles (typically bands 5-7) ​

  • Accredited Leading Empowered Organisations Programme(LEO)​

  • Deconstructing Racism and Operationalising Solutions ​

  • Leading for performance 

Target Audience: Aimed at managers and leaders who holdsenior or strategic level responsibilities (typically 8a and above) ​

Programme Content: ​

  • Developing Self as a Leader ​

  • Team Health & the story of us ​

  • Leadership, Health Inequalities and Race​

  • Business planning and transformation (Leading through VUCA) ​

  • QI project ​

  • Action Learning Sets

Target Audience: Aimed at Senior Leadership positions typicallyinvolved in strategic oversight, system-wide influence, and high-level decision making. (typically, 8c and above) ​
