  • Complete automated forms, such as new user account requests.
  • Explore IM Online Learning, with courses and guides covering clinical and IT systems, including Microsoft 365 apps.
  • Access Smartcard services – apply for a new card, reset your passcode, and more.

Urgent digital support requests

To help us best support you, please only contact your IM IT Service Desk by telephone on 0151 296 7777 for urgent IT support.

Urgent support includes digital problems which impact your ability to work or deliver your service, such as your computer not working or being unable to log in or access a critical system.
