ASPIRE is a new leadership development programme that is aimed at all colleagues who are aspiring to be future first line managers and leaders within the Trust. The programme will be embedded into our existing leadership offer of ARRIVE, STRIVE, THRIVE and DRIVE that exists for those already in leadership and management positions. For this reason, ASPIRE will not be suitable for anyone already in a leadership/management role.
The programme aims to:
- Ready our future talent with the confidence and capability needed to be a first line manager and leader within Mersey Care
- Diversify our leadership structures so that they are more representative of our workforce and the communities we serve.
Online feedback sessions
Throughout March 2025, we are asking for both recruiting managers and aspiring leaders to share their thoughts and ideas on what content and topics they believe should be in the programme, and how it can be designed to be as accessible as possible.
