This network has been established for our reservist, ex armed forces colleagues and any other member of staff with an interest in joining, for example, someone with a family member who is currently serving.
The Equality Diversity and Inclusion team want colleagues who are currently serving in the armed forces as reservists or cadets, and ex-service personnel, to join an armed forces staff network.
This will provide a forum to engage with Trust senior management on matters relating to welfare, wellbeing and career pathways.
