The winner of the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Award is…Megan, for creating a culturally sensitive guidance around psychotropic medication during Ramadan, supporting our Muslim service users safely in urgent care. Well done Megan.

The winner of the Trust Wide Support Services, Individual Award is…Jayne for being a caring, compassionate leader who truly lives our Trust values. Jayne listens, supports without judgement and gives knowledgeable advice to help drive improvements.

The winner of the Trust Wide Support Services Award is…The Mossley Hill Project for its collaboration across Trust support services and clinical staff. They’ve delivered a modern, fit-for-purpose hospital, going above and beyond to create the best environment for recovery. Well done team.

The winner of the Clinical Individual  Award is… Alan for working tirelessly to develop a specialist IBS Dietetics service, developing clinics. Patients say his support has been life changing, even helping reduce reliance on bowel medication. Well done Alan.

The winner of Clinical Team Award is…Johnson Ward for their outstanding commitment to transformative care. The team support the most acutely unwell patients with compassion while  improving lives in the most challenging circumstances. Well done team

The winner of the Volunteer of the Year award is… Autistic Spectrum Collective which is made up of carers and service users with lived experience who’ve gone above and beyond to reduce social isolation and boost wellbeing. Truly inspiring work!

The winner of Excellence in Leadership Award is…Alex for demonstrating calm, compassionate, and decisive leadership in complex situations. Alex listens and ensures patient-centered solutions, earning respect across teams and external agencies. Well done Alex.

The winner of the Shining Star Award is…Sam for supporting her team through challenges with positivity, supervision and reflective practice. Sam’s driven improvements in care, staff morale and ward safety – leading by example every day. Well done Sam.

The winner of the Lifetime Achievement Award is…Deborah for being compassionate, understanding and whose genuine care has been a constant reassurance. We’re sad to see her retire as future trainees will not be as lucky to learn from her. Well done Deborah.
