Register your place for the Liverpool Women’s 5k and 10k this September!

Women of Mersey Care – this one’s for you! The BTR Liverpool Women's 5k and 10k is back in Sefton Park this September – and we’d love you to join us.

The event is a celebration of women coming together to run, walk and move in a space created entirely with them in mind and is built around encouragement, connection, shared strength – and it’s marshalled by women too.

Whether you're new to running or love an organised race, we'd love to get a team together for a fun-filled day with women from across the region – and raise some funds for our mental health and community services at the same time.

If you’re not familiar with the work of Mersey Cares, our dedicated charity, it works with our services to provide the ‘extras’ that can make such a difference to service users, patients, carers and staff – beyond typical NHS budgets. Your support enables the charity to do some really lovely things such as transform outdoor spaces, fund wellbeing resources and activities and launch classes including cookery sessions, sports activities and support groups. Whether you’re taking on your first 5K or pushing yourself through a 10K, you’ll be surrounded by an uplifting atmosphere where every pace is welcomed, and every woman is supported from start to finish.
