On December 2, the Trust hosted its fourth annual psychology conference, expertly facilitated by the senior psychology leadership team. This event brought together psychological professionals from across our organisation, offering a valuable platform to connect, share insights, and discuss pressing issues facing the profession within the Trust.
The morning sessions featured key updates, including the results of a large-scale workforce mapping exercise, which highlighted that more than a thousand psychological professionals are now part of our organisation. Attendees also heard from the digital team about exciting new innovations and the growing role of artificial intelligence in our work. Participants were encouraged to share their feedback on these technological advancements.
The afternoon was dedicated to powerful stories from service users, who shared heartfelt accounts of their journeys through our services and the transformative impact of psychological therapy on their lives.
With such a positive response, the conference will return next year. Be sure to book early to secure your place at this popular event!
