As part of the continued commitment to improve our digital infrastructure, two of our services will be moving their EMIS Orgs:
Southport and Formby Falls service will be moving from EMIS Org 141137 on 24 November 2025, to our existing ‘Therapy Services’ EMIS Web org CBD 24540.
Liverpool and South Sefton Community Palliative Care Team will be moving from EMIS Org 24539 on 26 November, to the ICN Nursing EMIS Org 23955.
These migrations aim to enhance the integration and coordination of therapy and nursing services, by providing a more holistic approach to patient care.
The current referral process will remain the same for both services. Using ‘All records’ in EMIS Web will continue to provide access to the full community shared record which will become more enriched as services migrate.
