This page is for the Community Division Admin and Clinical Support services team.
Our Admin and Clinical Support teams are vital to ensuring the NHS runs smoothly.
Colleagues safely manage patient pathways, reduce waiting lists, and ensure clinical staff can focus on direct patient care.
As part of our ongoing efforts to modernise and streamline communication across the Trust, Synertec Prism is being rolled out Trust wide. Some Services in Community are already live, however we still have Phase 3 and Phase 4 to roll out and have set up a number of Training and Overview Sessions to support your teams.
Synertec is a third party company than have warehouse based in Warrington and provide a custom built mail management system called Prism. This system is designed to improve the way that clinical correspondence can be captured, transformed, and delivered.
This short training session of 30 minutes will cover the following:
- An overview of Synertec and Phases for Community Division
- Cover the PRISM Client and how to check your letters have printed
- Any Validation errors and incorrect address messages
- How to delete your letters if not required
- How to attach leaflets
- How to print from EMIS and RiO
