Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust are in the process of implementing an electronic job planning system (via Allocate).

Thanks to all those who have completed the training and have started developing their job plans already, it’s great to see engagement from across the divisions with this piece of work!

Update regarding mandatory training

Mandatory e-job planning training for AHP (registered and non-registered) staff will be made available on the eLearning platform (ESR).

This will be added to profiles in a phased approach in line with the e-job planning implementation plan as outlined below. This will replace the online and face to face training that has been offered over the last few months:

Phase 1 and Phase 2: will appear on staff profiles from the w/c 14 July 2025

Phase 3: will appear on staff profiles from the w/c 4 August 2025

Phase 4: to be confirmed

Staff will be expected to complete the training along with their job plan within 12 weeks of receiving their log in details (or for staff awaiting the training, this will be from the date outlined above.)

NB: If you have already completed training your profile should show this as completed.
