As an NHS manager, we know your role is demanding. You’re responsible for leading teams, managing workloads, and ensuring workstreams and patient care runs smoothly, all while navigating fast-paced, high-pressure environments. But in the midst of all this responsibility, your own wellbeing may often be pushed to the bottom of the list.
What can you do to change this?
We know that your time is precious, and that taking a break might seem impossible. But what if the most effective way to support your team’s wellbeing is by first focusing on your own?
We’re inviting you to join a series of wellbeing sessions designed to support managers take steps towards better self-care and develop awareness of where to get support for you and your teams.
These sessions are an opportunity to recharge, reflect, and connect with others who understand the challenges you face every day. Most importantly, these sessions will equip you with the tools you need to better support not just your own health, but the wellbeing of your team too.

The Manager Mondays Wellbeing Programme gets underway this May with four core topics. You can book onto sessions individually or request to book on to all sessions
