CQC completed an unannounced inspection across Mental Health Care Division on 15, 16, 17 April 2025. Thanks to everyone involved in the inspection for their commitment and care shown to our service users and each other and for being open, transparent and responsive. The inspection team visited: Section 136 suites, Crisis Team, Core 24, First Response Service, Crisis Resolution Home Treatment Teams, Mere Suite, Community Mental Health Teams, Early Intervention Team and Clozapine clinics.
Staff have fed back that our Quality Review Visit (QRV) process prepared them well for the CQC visit.
