Children and Young People's Mental Health services, Eating Disorder services and Early Intervention in Psychosis services
Staff in children and young people's mental health services, eating disorder services and early intervention in psychosis services may notice some changes to the following routine outcomes measures (ROMs) in Rio from 30 May 2023.
The Eating Disorder Examination Questionnaire (EDE-Q 6.0), HoNOSCA Self Assessment and HoNOSCA Parent’s Assessment have all been amended to include a field allowing clinicians to record when it may not have been clinically appropriate to request their completion or where the respondent has declined to complete them. They can all now be found both in the Outcome Measures/Screening Tools and the CYPIAPT folders within the Rio case record menu.

Falls, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy and Rehabilitation services
Staff in falls, physiotherapy, occupational therapy and rehabilitation services may notice some changes to the following routine outcomes measures (ROMs) in Rio from 30 May 2023. The Berg Balance Scale and the Falls Short FES-I have been amended to include a field allowing clinicians to record when it may not have been clinically appropriate to request their completion or where the respondent has declined to complete them. You will notice similar changes to other ROMs in the future.
