Ariel illustration of Mossley Hill site Oct 2024.JPGThe org change process ran through February and March 2025 in for colleagues at Windsor and Broadoak.

The new state of the art facility will have improved facilities and modernised environments for all teams relocating that will enhance both colleague and service user experience. Ahead of opening, there will be a number of sessions to support the launch of the Organisational Change process for all colleagues relocating from Broadoak Unit and Windsor House.

Toni Manley (Inpatients Mental Health Head of Operations) lead the sessions. There were representatives from all service lines in attendance to discuss any queries or concerns you may have. There are also many support sessions and advice programmes happening.

Many colleagues took up the opportunity for an individual 1 to 1 meeting. Whilst the consultation period has ended, colleagues will continue to be supported through the organisational change process.

Next steps

Arrangements will be made over the upcoming months for Broadoak Unit and Windsor House teams to visit the new site.  Dates for moving are yet to be confirmed and will be communicated locally.
