An Operations or departmental manager is someone who manages teams and/or projects, and achieving operational or departmental goals and objectives, as part of the delivery of the organisations strategy. They are accountable to a more senior manager or business owner. Working in the Trust, specific responsibilities and job titles will vary, but the knowledge, skills and behaviours needed will be the same.

3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subjects
GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
Functional skills are an important part of all apprenticeships and apprentices who don't already have maths and English at level 2 or above will undertake functional skill qualifications in these areas.
To apply for the apprenticeship, your supporting manager will need to complete an Authorising Manager Levy application form, which can be found HERE
