There has been a review of the patient journey across Cheshire and Merseyside and the decision has been made to bring all the elements of this service in the region together, provided by the Cheshire and Merseyside Integrated Care Board (ICB). Services to provide CHC assessments and reviews, including fast tracks and decision support tools, will move to the ICB from 1 April 2024 and staff in these services will TUPE across to the ICB.
