Last Wednesday the Women's Network hosted a roadshow at Hollins Park and later in V7 reception. It was a great opportunity to show our gratitude to the wonderful women who work for Mersey Care.
Following Wednesday the Women's Network numbers have increased by over 60 women!

"We met women from different professions, areas and roles which was fantastic! (It is amazing what we all do!)
We were delighted to hear of the activities by Secure Services colleagues and patients for International Women’s Day.
We also heard more about how International Women’s Day is celebrated in other countries.
We had male colleagues also showing interest and support too.
Our Executive Sponsor Jenny Hurst and Chief Executive Trish Bennett added to the day by joining us and both were pleased to hear it has been a successful day.
We were also delighted to display our new pull up banner – wonderfully designed by Jess. Many thanks too to Rachel, Clare and Candice and Amy from OE.

The theme will be Sleep – there can be various factors affecting women in particular and we will have the Sleep Well workshop provided by Neomi Lomax, Health and Wellbeing Facilitator plus time to discuss. We will send more information nearer to the time.
