Health Visitors Team 9 North Liverpool were named Team of the Month, November 2025 in recognition of their outstanding commitment to anti‑racism and allyship. When a colleague experienced racial abuse in her community, the team came together to provide practical and emotional support, including regular check‑ins and fundraising for the Anthony Walker Foundation.
Their actions helped make sure their colleague felt safe, valued and supported, while also prompting wider organisational learning about how we support staff facing racism outside the workplace. This is a powerful example of living our values and supporting one another beyond our day‑to‑day roles.
