We are keen to learn how patients would like to make appointments for blood tests in the future, which is why we are running a survey from 22 January to 5 February 2023.
Patients will be asked if their preference is to:
- Make an appointment online via our website
- speak to call handlers who can make appointments on their behalf
- Visit one of our clinics and wait.
Mersey Care has on average 10,000 appointments for blood tests across Liverpool, Sefton and Knowsley each week, and want to make the service as efficient as possible for all patients.
