Statutory Mental Health Act forms must be completed on Thalamos

Mersey Care has successfully transitioned which means that statutory Mental Health Act forms must be completed using Thalamos for those Trust services who use Rio. (Services using PACIS will use existing forms). It’s the Trust’s expectation that you use this new process, so all admission, community treatment order, hospital, treatment and discharge forms must now be completed on Thalamos. All local authorities (approved mental health professionals) have gone live with Thalamos so will send forms to Mersey Care electronically.
