In the next few days we’ll complete the transaction to sell the former trust houses on Mitton Road. They will become the property of Prospect Homes and will be demolished shortly. We expect the company to set up a site office in the next week or so and start to clear the site. We recognise that the buildings have been in a poor state and also the feelings around the changes to the locality. Our priority is to make sure our service users nearby are unaffected by the works and look forward to the subsequent positive changes to the land as a result of this sale.
