"Fiona, in your team, has been diagnosing me for autism recently and I just wanted to say how amazing she’s been, she’s been instrumental in helping me make sense of essentially who I am in the wake of me realising I have autism.
From day one she’s been both friendly and professional, going above and beyond to offer great practical advice. I cried after we had finished speaking the last time as this diagnosis and the way she told me, meant so much to me, it explained so much.
Both my family and I have noticed what a helpful, knowledgeable and calming influence she’s been, at a time when this might seem incredibly stressful or overwhelming to people. I feel much more reassured after having spoken to her, she’s really been amazing and made such a difference to me.
If ever she has days where work is frustrating or she feels like she’s had enough, I hope she remembers what a difference she’s made to my life."
