Nicola Priest, a nurse from the Children and Young People’s Liverpool service has created a poster and PowerPoint presentation regarding the recent government review of autism employment. The poster and the presentation show the key points summary of the Buckland review of autism employment.
Nicola was inspired to create the poster and PowerPoint presentation during autism awareness month to help spread awareness across Mersey Care of this very important government review into the employment experiences of autistic individuals.
Nicola has so far delivered the presentation at the Mersey Care workforce Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) meeting, and is due to present to the Mersey Care staff disability networks (Dyslexia and Dyspraxia staff network and the ability first staff network), as well as at the Children and Young People’s Liverpool send champion meeting.
