Do you want to know how to plan and deliver a piece of quality improvement work in your team or service or to refresh your existing quality improvement knowledge and skills?
Book on our Centre for Perfect Care Quality Improvement Bitesize Digital Training now through the learning and development prospectus (section 4).
This half day training runs every month between 9.30am to 1pm on Microsoft Teams and enables learners to:
- Understand the Model for Improvement and how it supports the process of taking the time to plan change and testing it out in small-scale cycles of change
- Define and identify a clear, outcomes focussed aim statement for a piece of improvement work
- Understand how to define and scope your idea using various quality improvement tools and approaches
- Be able to identify what data could be collected to demonstrate a change resulting from the improvement and consider data sources for this
- Learn more about the quality improvement support offer

Improvement coaching provides space for anyone who is working on or planning a piece of improvement work to have a conversation with one of the Centre for Perfect Care’s quality improvement partners. The coaching we provide may include:
- Support on how to identify areas for improvement in your area of work
- Discussing an idea for improvement in your area of work
- Support with developing an improvement project proposal
- Support with applying quality improvement methodologies in practice
- Support in writing up your project / completing a project summary poster.
