Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust and Cheshire and Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust are doing a joint piece of work to embed the use of Patient Reported Outcome Measures (PROMs) in Adult Community Mental Health services as part of the Community Mental Health Transformation programme.
We want to hear about your understanding, awareness and experience of using these questionnaires with the people you work with. We want to gain feedback so that we can use this to improve your experience, and the experience of those involved in our care in how we use PROMs. We've developed a short survey which will be open for responses between Wednesday 6 September and Wednesday 20 September 2023 and we'd be really grateful if you can take a few minutes to complete this.
