The patient experience lead in Whalley Tracy Collard was at West Midlands Safari Park this week with service users from Maplewood. Whilst we didn’t win this time, Tracy and the four service users had a great day and flew the flag for the team. We came away with a national second place for the engagement around the new LSU at Aspen Wood. Tracy tells us she’s proud of them all and will be nominating each of them for the site Star of the Month Awards.
