Our new wellness for Life programme may be just the thing to help!
Wellness for Life is a 6-week healthy lifestyle programme. This aim of this programme is to cover a variety of topics where support and tools are given to help aid in creating a healthier lifestyle and building long term healthy habits. You can either book onto all the sessions, or individually to suit your needs.
The sessions will be running via Teams, and are approximately 45 minutes. However, if you would like us to come and deliver a bespoke programme to your team and at your base, get in touch.

Weight Loss The aims of this session are to discuss the risks of being overweight, understand BMI and calories, and where to start with a weight loss journey. |

The groups will be run by our team of Health and Wellbeing Facilitators whom have previous experience of running group based programmes of this type and have the knowledge to provide appropriate advice on the subject matters outlined.
We are also offering the opportunity to run a team-specific programme on request, in both virtual and on-site formats. These programmes will be subject to capacity.
