From Monday, 2 September leigh-moss.duty@merseycare.nhs.uk will no longer be active and Leigh Moss Community Hub will have three separate duty email addresses:

Teams will be divided into:

  • North Liverpool with team lead, Eva Freeman and consultants Dr Kirrane, Dr Chorghade and Dr Brookfield (from 9 September)
  • Central Liverpool with team lead, Zoe Morris and consultants Dr Majumdar and Dr Wajid
  • South Liverpool with team lead, Audrey Turke and consultants Dr Tagore and Dr Upton.

For any patients who are known to our service, please direct your referral to the duty team that the patient is open to (consultant name should be listed on Rio). Please do not use our duty inbox for urgent clinical matters as these should be discussed with our duty practitioners by phone to understand the clinical need for the patient. Any routine referrals to our service should continue to be directed to Leighmosshospital@merseycare.nhs.uk to be triaged the following working day. Our duty inboxes will not be routinely monitored out of hours.
