Provide support at various stages of improvement project initiation and implementation including co-produced:

Discovery and synthesis - understanding the problem

Measurement planning – how will we evidence our improvement ideas are delivering the outcomes intended

Idea generation – coming up with some ideas as to how to improve things

Idea testing – using the plan do study act approach

Support around sustainability and spread of improvement

Identifying opportunities for innovation and where innovative technologies and approaches might support the improvements we want to make

Provide advice and support around quality improvement projects, including:

Helping to develop an idea for an improvement project in your area of work

Developing an improvement project proposal

Applying quality improvement tools and methodologies in practice
