As part of our ongoing work on flexible working, Mersey Care will be aligning to the national NHS England flexible working framework by using Electronic Staff Record (ESR) as a tool to request and record all formal flexible working arrangements.
As part of this initial pilot, colleagues can request a new flexible working arrangement through the employee self service (ESR) portal. This will allow the Trust to track all flexible working requests, monitor decisions, track compliance and drive towards embedding a flexible working culture in our organisation.
-
TWSS and IM colleagues will be able to process flexible working requests via ESR from 11 March, via ESR
-
All other divisions (Secure, Mental Health and Community) should continue to submit their flexible working requests using the process set out in the HR03 policy.
