The Trust currently operates using several accounts within the NHS Supply Chain Logistics Online ordering system, with requisition points prefixed by either 05, 8Z, JV and HY. These accounts are shortly to be merged into one, with all requisition points now pre-fixed by HY.

The mergers will be done in stages:

  • Account 05 will be merged during the afternoon of Monday, 12 August - when account 05 users log in on Tuesday, 13 August, they will see the new HY requisition point.
  • Account 8Z users will see their new HY requisition point on Wednesday, 14 August.
  • Account JV, users will see their new HY requisition point on  Thursday, 15 August.

Please note that any favourites/standing orders that were previously set up will need replicating for the new HY requisition point.
