Following the recent incident in Southport and the subsequent aftermath across the country, we recognise that colleagues at Rowan View are likely to be continually affected, either directly or indirectly, by what’s occurred.
To help support colleagues with some of these experiences, we would like to offer a safe and supportive space to explore and discuss some of these experiences.
Our psychology colleagues will be offering a safe space, each Thursday, between 3pm and 4pm, in Therapy 1 room (opposite the entrance to Rivington Ward). Colleagues can attend individually, or in a collective, following permission from their line manager.
At Rowan View, our Psychology colleagues are also available outside of this set time should you wish to seek support.
