As additional safety measures during the current IT technical difficulties, please ensure that your Personal Safety Device (PSD) is charged and that you utilise it on all visits.
If attending a new patient, please consider attending with a colleague ensuring that at least one of you has a charged device and that it is activated on your arrival.
If you have been issued with a Personal Safety Device, you must remember to use it as your safety matters – don’t hesitate to Raise the Alarm! Please also refer to the Lone Working policy which will provide guidance on how to manage your safety affectively.
