Vacancy Authorisation Process on TRAC
All new vacancy requests must be generated through the TRAC recruitment system.
If you are using trac for the first time you will need to contact the Recruitment Team to obtain a log in at recruitment@merseycare.nhs.uk
The benefits of using the online vacancy authorisation process are:
- Manager visibility of where vacancy requests are up to
- A full audit trail of activity
- The ability to upload job descriptions, person specifications and adverts directly into the system
- Updates from the system once your vacancy has been approved
