We are currently in the process of developing a new leadership development programme for all colleagues who are aspiring to be future first line managers and leaders within Mersey Care called ASPIRE.
Throughout March, we are asking recruiting managers and aspiring leaders to share their thoughts and ideas on what they believe should be in the programme, and how it can be designed to be as accessible as possible through face to face or online feedback sessions.
