From Monday, 6 September 2021, new arrangements will be in place for using the V7 building. 

Approximately one hundred people will be allowed to use desks on a daily basis, which is a significant rise from the limited numbers using the building throughout the pandemic. This is in keeping with Government COVID-19 guidance for the NHS and will also test the viability of hybrid working (home and office) as a long-term approach.

Each team based within V7 has been allocated a number of desks and managers are aware of these numbers. It will be the responsibility of team managers to ensure that the number of staff on site each day does not exceed the allocation for their team (although they can trade with other teams, where possible, as needed). Please do not access the building without approval from your team manager. Building numbers will be routinely monitored.

The building has been set up to facilitate safe distancing, all existing COVID-19 guidelines remain in place, and these can be read here

Room bookings

Rooms 1, 2 and 3 at V7 will be bookable by all Trust staff, and staff attending meetings within these rooms will not count toward team allocations. All other meeting rooms on site may only be booked by staff based at V7, and used by staff included within the allocation.
