A weekly drop in session, starting this Friday, 4 August, has been set up for staff within the Secure Care division to join a teams call to get advice and support on navigating Radar.
Aimed at: Staff required to review incidents on Radar as part of their job role, who are not able to view their ward/team’s incidents, can see more than their ward/teams incidents, unsure which fields need to be completed for their incidents and running reports.
When: It’s an open session, happening every Friday (9am to 10.30 am) Click here to join the meeting
Action required before joining a session: Please email at least the day before the session you are joining with your query so we are prepared as much as possible to help you prior or during the session.
The weekly session has been set up for the next six weeks on a trial basis.
