The Learning & Development team were delighted to welcome Trish Bennett, CEO and Sean Leahy, CPO at their team meeting this week to join in the celebrations in recognising Paula Wynne, Senior OEL Practitioner's 30 years dedicated service at Merseycare. On behalf of the team and Trust colleagues Trish commended Paula describing her as "The epitome of a great leader, respected and admired by all her work colleagues across the workforce directorate and clinical divisions for her unwavering support and genuine desire to ensure the workforce are enabled to access equal career development and progression opportunities. She always puts others before herself and continuously seeks out ways to make improvements".
Her team also acknowledged "Her passion for delivering the highest standards and her tireless support for colleagues have made a lasting impact on our organisation, most notably her continuous drive to ensure we have successfully maintained the KPI target for PACE compliance for the past 3 years. This fantastic achievement reflects not only her passion and enthusiasm, but also her exceptional contribution to the values and mission of our Trust".
We thank her for her outstanding dedication and look forward to working with Paula for a few more years ahead yet to come!!
