Where will I study?
All apprenticeship work will take place during the learners' working hours and will include:
- Group coaching sessions on Teams
- Individual learning activity (e.g. reading, videos, quizzes, writing in journal) via our online learning platforms
- 1-1 coaching visits on Teams
- Review meetings on Teams with your Damar coach and line manager.
The Mediterm course is delivered via online learning with mentored support.
Why study this course?
Completion of this apprenticeship will lead to eligibility to join the Institute of Customer Service as an Individual member at Professional level.
EPA consists of:
1. Showcase
2. Practical observation
3. Professional discussion
For an apprentice to be eligible for this programme they must be in a role or recruited to a role that is reflective or the requirements of the apprenticeship.
