As we approach the festive season, we want to ensure that all colleagues receive their pay on time. Due to the Christmas and New Year bank holidays, the payroll deadlines for Bank shifts have been amended.
Please make sure bank rosters are finalised no later than 8.30am on the dates below:

✅ Any shifts not finalised by these deadlines will be paid the following week.
Important Notes:
- Late submissions can significantly impact colleagues’ pay, especially during the festive season.
- Our payroll provider cannot process advances for weekly pay.
- New starters, new bank assignments, roster fails, late submissions, and retro pay arrears will not be processed during these pay periods. These will be for payment on 9 January 2026.
Festive Opening Hours
Please note our festive opening hours:
- The Temporary Staffing office will be CLOSED on Christmas Day, Boxing Day, and New Year’s Day.
- All other operational dates and times remain unchanged.
