Mersey Care Community Nursing Services EMIS Web Migration update - 29 July 2024
Following discussions with system partners and our continued commitment to improve digital infrastructure we are now able to standardise clinical systems across community physical services. Beginning in February 2024, several patient services across St Helens and Knowsley will transfer from utilising RIO as their Electronic Patient Record to EMIS Web.
Speech and Lanaguage Therapy migrated to EMIS on 29 July 2024.
Knowsley and St Helen’s Speech and Lanaguage service migrated onto the existing Mersey Care ‘Therapy Services’ EMIS Web org CBD 24540.
Please note: this will be for Knowsley GPs only. Data Sharing with St Helens GP practices is currently being implemented, communication to practices will follow shortly once the sharing is ready for activation.
From the point of go live, eCorrespondence from these services will now be sent directly to GP practices via EMIS Workflow instead of Docman.
