The Operational Excellence Leadership Training Needs Analysis is a self-assessment tool that supports leaders and managers to identify strengths, gaps and development priorities, aligned to achieving Operational Excellence expectations within their team. This document can be used whilst completing our Arrive Leadership development programme.

If you are applying for Strive, Thrive or Drive, you will be required to complete and submit the self‑assessment competencies related to competency area 3: “building and nurturing psychological safety, inclusion and engagement” (yellow tabs). This must also be signed off by your line manager, on the tool, before uploading/submitting it as part of your application for your chosen leadership programme.
