Possible delays in immunology test results

Liverpool Clinical Laboratories (LCL) has advised that there may be delays in meeting turnaround times for reporting immunology test results this month due to ongoing IT issues and staffing pressures.

They are prioritising work as required and making every effort to minimise any impact on turnaround times.

If any results are urgently required, please email @LCLCustomerCare, who can connect you with the Immunology Laboratory.

Alternatively, you can email ImmunologyQueries@liverpoolft.nhs.uk with the patient details, tests requested, and the relevant date. They will endeavour to provide any outstanding results as soon as possible.
