The LGBTQ+ Staff Network is relaunching – with a renewed focus on building something that reflects what matter to you.
After a period of inactivity, and with dedicated support from the Organisational Effectiveness team, the network id being re-established to grow, evolve and provide meaningful support to LGBTQ+ colleagues and allies. It aims to offer peer support, create a safe space for conversations and champion inclusion across the Trust. Its direction and priorities will be shaped by those who choose to get involved.
Colleagues are encouraged to share their views – whether they’ve attended in the past, never had the opportunity, felt it wasn’t for them or were previously unaware of the network.
