Community clinical excellence

The community clinical excellence meeting will provide quarterly updates from various transformation workstreams and is open to colleagues from all services, as well as colleagues from other services, where appropriate. These sessions aim to ensure a comprehensive understanding and active engagement with the community mental health transformation programme.

They also provide an opportunity for questions, share feedback and get involved with our workstreams - this may include asking to join a task and finish group or contributing to specific projects.

Meetings will be held on Microsoft Teams, with calendar invites shared in advance. We strongly encourage staff to attend, where possible, to stay informed on the latest developments, achievements and next steps in the transformation journey.

Thank you to everyone who has supported and contributed to the Community Clinical Excellence Meetings. The meetings have now been concluded and the meeting invites cancelled.

We are grateful for the valuable input, feedback and engagement received, which has helped shape this work. Should the meetings need to recommence in the future, a further update will be shared.
